(Dhyana verse 1) She who has six arms and four faces, bearing a sword, trident, lotus, discus, and mace — that one of the Brahmi, Vaishnavi, and Bhadra forms, with three eyes, is Siddha Lakshmi.

In the syllable A dwells the form of Lakshmi; in U dwells the imperishable Vishnu; M is the unmanifest Purusha — thus the Goddess is known as the Pranava.

The fifth is Vishnu's power, the sixth is Katyayani, the seventh is Varahi, and the eighth is Hari-vallabha.

Lakshmi who removes all sin, granter of all perfections — practitioners who recite this stotra continuously obtain everything.
- verse 29प्रार्थनाया श्रीः पद्मवने कदम्बशिखरे राजगृहे कुञ्जरेश्वेते चाश्वयुते वृषे च युगले यज्ञे च यूपस्थिते ।शङ्खे दैवकुले नरेन्द्रभवने गङ्गातटे गोकुलेसा श्रीस्तिष्ठतु सर्वदा मम गृहे भूयात् सदा निश्चला ॥prārthanāyā śrīḥ padmavanē kadambaśikharē rājagṛhē kuñjarēśvētē chāśvayutē vṛṣē cha yugalē yajñē cha yūpasthitē ।śaṅkhē daivakulē narēndrabhavanē gaṅgātaṭē gōkulēsā śrīstiṣṭhatu sarvadā mama gṛhē bhūyāt sadā niśchalā ॥meaning
(Prarthana) May that Lakshmi who dwells in lotus forests, on mountain peaks, in palaces, on elephants, at sacrifices, in the conch, in temples, in royal dwellings, on the Ganga bank, in Gokula — may she dwell always in my house, ever steady.

She who is seated on a lotus-throne with broad hips and lotus-petal eyes, robed in pure white, being bathed by divine elephants with gem-studded golden jars — may that lotus-handed Lakshmi always dwell in my house.
