    Ravana terrorized Sita with his demonesses, telling her to put away her sorrow. At that very moment Hanuman, the great lord, slew the chief rakshasa.     In the battle, Ravana's son used a secret serpent-weapon, casting a snake-noose over all their heads. Sri Raghunatha (Rama) along with his entire army fell into confusion — a grave crisis.
