- verse 1एवं चतुर्दशजगन्मयतां गतस्यपातालमीश तव पादतलं वदन्ति ।पादोर्ध्वदेशमपि देव रसातलं तेगुल्फद्वयं खलु महातलमद्भुतात्मन् ॥1॥ēvaṃ chaturdaśajaganmayatāṃ gatasyapātālamīśa tava pādatalaṃ vadanti ।pādōrdhvadēśamapi dēva rasātalaṃ tēgulphadvayaṃ khalu mahātalamadbhutātman ॥1॥meaning
O Lord, thus pervading the fourteen worlds, the sole of your foot they call Patala; above the foot is also called Rasatala; both your ankles are indeed Mahatala.

Your shanks are Talatala; your knees are Sutala; the two thigh portions are indeed Vitala and Atala; the ground is your hip; space is your navel, O discus-bearer.
- verse 3ग्रीवा महस्तव मुखं च जनस्तपस्तुफालं शिरस्तव समस्तमयस्य सत्यम् ।एवं जगन्मयतनो जगदाश्रितैर-प्यन्यैर्निबद्धवपुषे भगवन्नमस्ते ॥3॥grīvā mahastava mukhaṃ cha janastapastuphālaṃ śirastava samastamayasya satyam ।ēvaṃ jaganmayatanō jagadāśritaira-pyanyairnibaddhavapuṣē bhagavannamastē ॥3॥meaning
Your neck is Mahas; your face is Janas; your forehead is Tapas; your head which is all this—is Satya. Thus to you of universe-formed body, salutation, O Lord, to whose body even others are bound.
- verse 4त्वद्ब्रह्मरन्ध्रपदमीश्वर विश्वकन्दछन्दांसि केशव घनास्तव केशपाशाः ।उल्लासिचिल्लियुगलं द्रुहिणस्य गेहंपक्ष्माणि रात्रिदिवसौ सविता च नेत्रै ॥4॥tvadbrahmarandhrapadamīśvara viśvakandaChandāṃsi kēśava ghanāstava kēśapāśāḥ ।ullāsichilliyugalaṃ druhiṇasya gēhaṃpakṣmāṇi rātridivasau savitā cha nētrai ॥4॥meaning
O Lord, O Vishvakandam, the chandas are your hair; O Keshava, your thick locks are clouds; the pair of your raised eyebrows is Brahma's abode; your eyelashes are night and day; Savita (the sun) is your two eyes.
- verse 5निश्शेषविश्वरचना च कटाक्षमोक्षःकर्णौ दिशोऽश्वियुगलं तव नासिके द्वे ।लोभत्रपे च भगवन्नधरोत्तरोष्ठौतारागणाश्च दशनाः शमनश्च दंष्ट्रा ॥5॥niśśēṣaviśvarachanā cha kaṭākṣamōkṣaḥkarṇau diśō'śviyugalaṃ tava nāsikē dvē ।lōbhatrapē cha bhagavannadharōttarōṣṭhautārāgaṇāścha daśanāḥ śamanaścha daṃṣṭrā ॥5॥meaning
The creation of the entire universe is your glance; your ears are the directions; the pair of Ashvins is your two nostrils; the upper and lower lips of yours are desire and shame.
- verse 6माया विलासहसितं श्वसितं समीरोजिह्वा जलं वचनमीश शकुन्तपङ्क्तिः ।सिद्धादयः स्वरगणा मुखरन्ध्रमग्नि-र्देवा भुजाः स्तनयुगं तव धर्मदेवः ॥6॥māyā vilāsahasitaṃ śvasitaṃ samīrōjihvā jalaṃ vachanamīśa śakuntapaṅktiḥ ।siddhādayaḥ svaragaṇā mukharandhramagni-rdēvā bhujāḥ stanayugaṃ tava dharmadēvaḥ ॥6॥meaning
Maya's playful laughter is your breath which is the wind; your tongue is water; speech is the lord of birds; the siddhas and other groups of notes are your mouth-opening; your fire is Agni; the gods are your arms; the pair of breasts is the Dharma-deva.
- verse 7पृष्ठं त्वधर्म इह देव मनः सुधांशु -रव्यक्तमेव हृदयम्बुजमम्बुजाक्ष ।कुक्षिः समुद्रनिवहा वसनं तु सन्ध्येशेफः प्रजापतिरसौ वृषणौ च मित्रः ॥7॥pṛṣṭhaṃ tvadharma iha dēva manaḥ sudhāṃśu -ravyaktamēva hṛdayambujamambujākṣa ।kukṣiḥ samudranivahā vasanaṃ tu sandhyēśēphaḥ prajāpatirasau vṛṣaṇau cha mitraḥ ॥7॥meaning
Your back is Adharma; the moon is your mind; O lotus-eyed, your heart is the unmanifest; your belly is the group of oceans; your garment is the twilights; your organ is Prajapati; Mitra is your two testicles.
- verse 8श्रोणीस्थलं मृगगणाः पदयोर्नखास्तेहस्त्युष्ट्रसैन्धवमुखा गमनं तु कालः ।विप्रादिवर्णभवनं वदनाब्जबाहु-चारूरुयुग्मचरणं करुणाम्बुधे ते ॥8॥śrōṇīsthalaṃ mṛgagaṇāḥ padayōrnakhāstēhastyuṣṭrasaindhavamukhā gamanaṃ tu kālaḥ ।viprādivarṇabhavanaṃ vadanābjabāhu-chārūruyugmacharaṇaṃ karuṇāmbudhē tē ॥8॥meaning
Your hips are herds of deer; your toenails are elephants, camels and horses; your movement is time; the dwelling of brahmins and other varnas is your lotus-face, arms, thighs and feet—O ocean of compassion.
- verse 9संसारचक्रमयि चक्रधर क्रियास्तेवीर्यं महासुरगणोऽस्थिकुलानि शैलाः ।नाड्यस्सरित्समुदयस्तरवश्च रोमजीयादिदं वपुरनिर्वचनीयमीश ॥9॥saṃsārachakramayi chakradhara kriyāstēvīryaṃ mahāsuragaṇō'sthikulāni śailāḥ ।nāḍyassaritsamudayastaravaścha rōmajīyādidaṃ vapuranirvachanīyamīśa ॥9॥meaning
O wheel-bearer, your actions are the cycle of worlds; your heroic strength is the multitude of great demons; your bones are mountains; your veins are rivers; your hairs are trees—may this indescribable body of yours be victorious.
- verse 10ईदृग्जगन्मयवपुस्तव कर्मभाजांकर्मावसानसमये स्मरणीयमाहुः ।तस्यान्तरात्मवपुषे विमलात्मने तेवातालयाधिप नमोऽस्तु निरुन्धि रोगान् ॥10॥īdṛgjaganmayavapustava karmabhājāṃkarmāvasānasamayē smaraṇīyamāhuḥ ।tasyāntarātmavapuṣē vimalātmanē tēvātālayādhipa namō'stu nirundhi rōgān ॥10॥meaning
