- verse 1निश्चय प्रेम प्रतीति तॆ, बिनय करै सनमान ।तेहि के कारज सकल सुभ, सिद्ध करै हनुमान ॥niśchaya prēma pratīti te, binaya karai sanamāna ।tēhi kē kāraja sakala subha, siddha karai hanumāna ॥meaning

You gave happiness to Vibhishana, beholding Sita you attained the supreme state, you ravaged the garden and sank it in the ocean, in great urgency you broke the golden yoke.

Why the delay now, O Lord — be gracious in my heart, O inner witness; victory to Lakshmana, giver of life — come swiftly and destroy my suffering.

Om hrim hrim hrim Hanuman, lord of monkeys; Om hum hum hum strike the head and chest of the enemy — Victory to the son of Anjani, the powerful, son of Shankara, heroic Hanuman.

Terrible of face, destroyer of the lineage of death, ever the protector and aide of Rama — ghost, spirit, demon, night-wanderer, fiend, ghoul and plague-demon, all die.

Destroy them, I swear by Rama — protect O Lord the honor of the name; be true, taking the oath of Hari, run as the messenger of Rama and strike.

Victory victory victory to the unfathomable Hanuman — for what offense does the devotee suffer pain? Your servant knows nothing of worship, japa, austerity, discipline or conduct.

In forests, groves, roads, mountains and homes, by your strength I fear nothing — calling myself servant of Janaka-daughter and Hari, by her oath do not delay.

When victory-chants resound in the sky, remembering you all unbearable suffering is destroyed — clasping your feet, with folded hands I implore you: at this moment whom else can I call upon?

Rise, rise, move — I call on you by Rama; I fall at your feet and fold my hands in supplication — Om cam cam cam cam, O swift and moving one; Om hanu hanu hanu Hanuman.

Om ham ham, the monkey roars and scatters the wicked band shrieking — quickly rescue your devotee; when remembered, joy fills our hearts.

Whoever is struck by this Bajrang-Baan — say who can then rescue him? Whoever recites the Bajrang Baan, Hanuman protects his very life.
- verse 17यह बजरङ्ग बाण जो जापैम् । तासों भूत-प्रेत सब कापैम् ॥धूप देय जो जपै हमेसा । ताके तन नहिं रहै कलेसा ॥yaha bajaraṅga bāṇa jō jāpaim । tāsōṃ bhūta-prēta saba kāpaim ॥dhūpa dēya jō japai hamēsā । tākē tana nahiṃ rahai kalēsā ॥meaning
Whoever recites this Bajrang Baan, all ghosts and demons tremble before him; whoever offers incense while ever reciting it, no affliction will remain in his body.

Doha: with firm inner faith, surrendered and reciting with meditation — Hanuman removes all obstacles and makes all tasks successful.
